I recently got a Motorola Droid X smartphone. I cannot tell you how much I am completely in love with the Android phone!
But then, I really dig gadgets & electronics in general, so it’s not all that surprising.
Before this, I had an iPhone 3.0. For the 2 years I had it, I absolutely loved that phone too!
Here’s why I like the Droid X better than the iPhone…
My Switch From iPhone To Android Phone
When the Android phones first came out, I knew from the get-go that I wanted to wait until the 2nd generation phones came out before I got one. I don’t like to be the guinea pig on many 1st generation things. Not when it comes to electronics.
My husband Jim, on the other hand, was one of the first to own the Droid Original. It had a slide-out keyboard which was another reason I didn’t want to jump on board just yet. Touchscreen is fine for me, so I didn’t want the added bulk for a keyboard I’d never use.
